To complete your application, please bring one of the following documents to the Kinross Manh Choh Tok Campus: a recent power bill, phone bill, voter ID card or driver’s license that verifies you lived at the residence lost in the Mukluk Fire.

Staff will only visually confirm that the document matches the address listed on your application. No information will be recorded, and no copies will be made.
After your residency has been confirmed, our team will verify the loss of the residence. This review typically takes one to three business days. We will contact you when your $2,500 cashier’s check is ready for pickup at a local bank.
Only one application and one payment are permitted per eligible household. Please ask other members of your household not to submit another form. Applicants must have lived at the affected residence, but they do not need to have owned it. Nonresident landlords and property owners are not eligible.
